An Enterprise View for Artificial Intelligence Capability and Governance: A System Dynamics Approach

The government “enterprise” consists of a complex set organizations with multitude goals and values, serving an equally diverse group constituents. Because this complexity, governing technology data to support Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability has proven be difficult task that –according experts– requires systems perspective in its design implementation.
